New Construction Laser Leveling Products – LM 700 Automatic Electronic Self-Leveling Dual Beam Rotary Laser

CST Corporation in Watseka, IL, has introduced another new addition to the LaserMark“ series of rotating lasers, the LM700 models. This new range is designed for all general construction and interior construction applications. Several model packages are available priced from $1195 to $1495.00 with various accessories. All come with a 2-year warranty and offer exceptional value with the many features outlined below.

The LM700 has an electronic self-leveling system that is fast, accurate and gives reliable control. This method of self-leveling is great where auto leveling in both horizontal and vertical is required. The LM700 also uses either alkaline or rechargeable NiCad battery options that operate the unit for up to 24 or 45 hours respectively. Operating diameter from the laser is 2000 feet (600m) with a laser detector and this model has a bright, long-range 635nm laser diode.

Special features available with the LM700 include the following:

• Bright 635nm diode laser with vertical up plumb beams for plumbing and precise alignment in lay-down mode. No more 3-4-5 calculations. The sealed housing includes a combined large grip handle / lay-down bracket / tripod mount.
• Fast and adaptable electronic self-leveling in both horizontal and vertical modes. It includes a manual mode selection, out of level warning and Anti-Drift System (ADS) that prevents self-leveling with changes in elevation (HI). Self-leveling range is ± 50 and accurate to 1/8th inch at 100 feet (3mm at 30m).
• Precise beam control including selectable rotation speed, scan function in range of 100, 450, 900, and 1800 selections, as well as electronic spot positioning.
• Illuminated keypad and accurate battery level condition indication. Allows operation all day and night.
