New Construction Laser Leveling Products – LM1000 & LM2000 Automatic Self-Leveling Pendulum Rotary Laser

CST Corporation in Watseka, IL has introduced the latest in the LaserMark“ series of rotating lasers, the LM1000 and LM2000, models. Several model packages are available priced at $995 to $1299.00 with various accessory options. All come with a 2-year warranty and offer exceptional value with the many special features as outlined below.

Both models offer a robust and reliable pendulum self-leveling system that is fast, accurate and low in battery consumption. This is ideal for years of trouble free operation in tough job-site conditions found on outdoor and general construction building sites. The LM1000/LM2000 series uses a common power tool type of rechargeable NiCad battery that operates the unit for up to 12 hours. Economical additional batteries are available for long-term continuous use. The operating diameter from the laser of the LM1000 is 1000-ft (300m) and the LM2000 has 2000-ft (600m). Both models offer a bright and long-range 635nm laser diode.

Special features available with the new LaserMark LM1000/LM2000 models include:

• The LM2000 is equipped with both vertical up and down plumb beams for plumbing, setting over a point and precise alignment in lay-down mode (M1000 is same except no down plumb beam). No more 3-4-5 calculations. The sealed housing includes a combined large grip handle / lay-down bracket / tripod mount.
• Strong and reliable pendulum self-leveling with out of level range warning, both visual and audible alarm. This provides fast leveling with low power consumption and longer battery life. It also works in all tough jobsite conditions, giving years of reliable service. Self leveling range is ± 5 degrees and accurate to 1/16th inch at 100 feet (1.5mm at 30M).
• Precise beam control including selectable rotation speed, scan function in range of 20, 200, 450, and 900 selections, as well as electronic spot positioning.
• Illuminated keypad and back lit level bubble for lay-down operation. Allows an operator to work night and day.
